About River Point Realty

River Point Real Estate Pittsburgh

Our Story

River Point Realty was founded in December 2016 by Ryan Brown as the principal owner. It wouldn't have been possible without the help of Joan Bernesser, the founding broker of record. It started with just a handful of agents initially but has grown to over a dozen agents within the first 18 months.

The brokerage originated and is still headquartered in its inaugural office space in the heart of Ben Avon. All of the original staff and agents are still with the company as RPR fosters a small family style culture where agents help each other and grow more successful together.

RPR focuses on training their agents in many facets of real estate and not just limited to the basics onbuying/selling real estate. Although it's a short history so far, River Point Realty is growing quickly and exceeding goals on its way to creating their mark in the Pittsburgh Region's real estate market.

"We were so lucky to find Morgan! She was the first realtor to actually ask us what we wanted and within two weeks of knowing her, an offer was placed! She is incredibly helpful and truly made our first home purchase a breeze. Cannot thank her enough!" - Client Testimonial
