Kim Cannon

A former owner of a successful corporate gift-giving business, an International Flight Attendant, and founder of an equine nonprofit, Kim Cannon has over 30 years’ experience providing exceptional service to customers and clients by establishing a positive rapport and developing strong long-term relationships. Kim is a highly trained negotiator and has the discipline to achieve win-win results. A life-long resident of Beaver County, Kim is able to leverage her experience and give her clients the advantage of being represented by someone who “knows and lives” in the community. She is very excited to carry over these same qualities and principles with River Point Realty.

In Kim’s spare time, she enjoys a fun happy hour with friends and sounds of a great music playlist. She is also a firm believer in giving back and particularly passionate about animal welfare and rescue.
